DATE AND PLACE OF THE CONGRESS
- the 30th Ultrasonographic Congress of the EFSUMB and the 14th Congress of the Polish Society of Scientific Ultrasonography, 6-9 September 2018, Poznan International Fair fairgrounds (ul. Glogowska 14), Hall 15, entrance A
- entrance to PIF fairgrounds during the congress from Śniadeckich Street, gate # 1.
- pedestrians are asked to enter through the Eastern Hall from Dworcowy Bridge
- car park: entry and parking on PIF fairgrounds is possible for a fee of PLN 20/day.
CONGRESS RECEPTION DESK, REGISTRATION
Registration stands are located on level 0 in Hall 15. Upon entering the hall, please go to the stand and get your ID along with the congress materials. The ID entitles you to free travel by public transport. Please have your ID while in the congress hall and during the accompanying events.

The reception desk deals with all matters related to the registration of participation, receipt of congress materials, payments, invoices, orders for accommodation, tours. During registration will be possible to get additional tickets for walking trips. Due to tour operator confirmation please book coach trips until 29th August.

What's included in the participation fee:
The fee for participation in the entire congress includes:
- Participation in the scientific part, workshops, admission to the exhibition of medical equipment and apparatus, on September 6-9

The one-day fee includes:

ACCOMPANYING EVENTS

Opening Ceremony of the Euroson Congress
Venue: Earth Hall, Hall 15, Floor 2
After the ceremony, the informal part of the evening with a glass of wine and listening to music will be held in the Hall foyer in front of the Earth Hall. Closure of the meeting is scheduled for 21:00.

Grill Party (by invitation only, for people who have paid a fee)
Venue: Malta Picnic Field (3 Wiankowa Str., Poznan)
The organizer does not provide travel by coach. Transport to the venue and back to the hotel must be arranged on your own. Informal dress code applies (free and easy).

WIFI
We encourage you to use the Wi-Fi Internet access service on PIF fairgrounds. Access to the service is free. The login process is very intuitive and includes a few steps:
- Select the wireless network, network name: Euroson2018
- Open your browser and sign in (if you do not have a login and password)
- Fill out the short registration form (a username and password will be sent to a specified phone number)
Log in to use the free PIF network for 30 days − the login and password are valid for up to 2 devices.
CATERING
Throughout the duration of the Congress the Coffee Zone will be available on level 0. Come and visit us.
EXHIBITION OF EQUIPMENT AND APPARATUS
During the Congress on level 0 in Hall 15, the exhibition of equipment and apparatus presenting technological achievements in the field of ultrasound and special offers of the sponsors will be held. The exhibition is open to all congress participants and accompanying persons:

- Saturday, September 8: 9:00-17:00
- Sunday, September 9: 9:00-14:00
CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION
Certificates will be sent to all participants after the Congress by email in pdf file, to the addresses given in the registration system.
TAXI
Our guests can use taxis from the "Radio Taxi 519" corporation (tel. 61 519 8 519 8 519 or 61 628), which are granted entry to PIF fairgrounds. Taxis can be ordered from any place in Poznan to get directly to Hall 15 on PIF fairgrounds.
